Fish & Prawn

Use 1 kg Seafood of your choice, wash well & allow water to drain.

For Grills:

Marinate seafood with 3tbs of Amina’s Fish & Prawn Masala & a touch of lemon juice for 2-3 hours. Deep fry in hot oil or grill in ovendish.

1) Braise 2 medium onions(finely chopped/grated) with mustard seeds until golden brown.
2) Add 3 tbs of Amina’s Fish & Prawn Masala with 2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped/grated), 2 cups of water & cook for 10mins.
3) Add seafood of your choice.
4) Cook until curry is ready.
5) Garnish with curry leaves.
6) For extra taste add a touch of tamarind sauce/juice.
