Wet curry masala

Use 1kg meat, of your choice, wash well & allow water to drain.

1) Braise 2 medium onions(finely sliced) until golden brown.
2) Add meat and cook for +/-15 mins.
3) Add 3 tbs Amina’s Special Wet Curry Masala and 1-2 cups water and allow to cook for 10minutes
4) Now add in 2 finely chopped tomatoes.
5) Add potatoes when meat is tender.
6) Add 1-2 cups water and allow to simmer until potatoes is soft.
7) Garnish with coriander leaves.
8) Add salt to taste.
9) Serves 4-6 persons.
