Wet seafood masala

Use 1kg Seafood of your choice, wash well & allow water to drain. For Grills: Mix 3lbs of Amina’s Special Wet Masala with 20ml Lemon Juice and 1lb Garlic, Marinate for 2-3 hours. Deep fry in hot oil or grill in ovendish.

1. Braise 2 onions(finely chopped/grated) with mustard until golden brown.
2. Add marinated seafood with 2 medium tomatoes(finely chopped/grated0, +-3 cups of water & cook until curry is ready.
3. For extra taste add a touch of tamarind sauce/juice, fresh green chillies and coriander keaves.
4. Garnish with curry leaves.
5. Add salt to taste.
