Wet tandoori chicken masala

Use 1kg chicken, cut, wash well & allow to drain.

To Marinate:
Use 3tbs of Amina’s Special Wet Tandoori Chicken Masala combine with +- 50ml Lemon Juice, +- 50ml Yogurt, 1tbs Garlic & Salt to taste. Rub marinade into chicken and leave in fridge overnight or for 6-8 hours.


For Braais:
Baste with a mixture of 3tbs oil, +-5tbs Lemon Juice and 1 tbs of Amina’s Special Wet Tandoori Chicken Masala.
For Pot Roast & Oven Grills:
Add a touch of oil or butter in pot or ovendish. Add marinated chicken and cover with foil or lid. Serve with baked vegetables or French fries.
